Disney has finally released the Hindi teaser of The Lion King, featuring Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan. Here’s how Bollywood celebs reacted.
Disney finally released the Hindi teaser of The Lion King, which features Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan as Simba, the main character in this remake of the 1994 animated movie with the same name. Earlier fans were able to listen to SRK as the voice of Mufasa, Simba’s father in The Lion King. The new teaser is creating a lot of buzz as many netizens are of the view that Aryan’s voice is exactly like his father’s. SRK proudly posted the teaser with the caption, "Mera Simba," to which many Bollywood celebs have responded excitedly.
Karan Johar retweeted the teaser and wrote, OMG!!! Aryan!!!!”, and added: "Pardon my excitement! But Aryan is the first born in our family!!! And even just hearing his voice has made me so so excited !!!!! And without a bias he sounds amazing!!!!!"

Ranveer Singh took to Instagram and commented on SRK’s post, featuring the teaser, with "WAH!!!"
"Omg!! Aryan sounds fantastic," director Farah Khan also commented on his Instagram post.
Actor Riteish Deshmukh retweeted SRK's post and wrote: “This Simba sounds better than Mufasa #TheLionKing #AryanKhan @iamsrk - this is extremely exciting.”
Actress Diana Penty replied to SRK’s tweet, saying: "#goosebumps Aryan sounds amazing!! That confidence, the dialogue delivery, its just Wow! He sounds just like you Sir @iamsrk”
Disney’s animated musical, The Lion King is still a favourite amongst a large number of people all over the world and the remake directed by Jon Favreau will hit the theatres on 19th July. It has already managed to create a lot of hype, with the world premiere taking place recently in Hollywood, California. The Hindi version marks 21-year old Aryan Khan’s debut in films. There has been a lot of speculation around when and how the star kid will make his acting debut and whether he will be joining the family's production business Red Chillies Entertainment.
