It was earlier reported that Kapil Sharma had walked out of CCL 4 on the inaugural day in Mumbai due to creative and logistical issues. This move had left the organisers fuming. However, the two parties have now called a truce and moved on.
Vishnu Induri, CCL Founder says, "Kapil has been working with us for the past three years. Whatever happened that day shouldn't have happened. We should have spoken to each other on that day itself. It was a live event, he was uncomfortable with certain things, and he shouldn't have overreacted. But, overreaction was from both ends. I guess it all happened in the heat of the moment. We have mutual respect for each other. He is like a family member and we are happy that he is back. As far as the remuneration is concerned, money is a small issue."
Kapil Sharma adds, “There was confusion during the first match, which with Sohail Khan's intervention, Vishnu sir and I have resolved.”
We think rumours of Salman Khan being miffed with Kapil caused him to change his mind! No one would want to be in the bad books of this superstar!
