Actor Kangana Ranaut’s sister Rangoli Chandel has targeted Alia Bhatt yet again!

Taking to her Twitter handle once again, Rangoli Chandel wrote that Alia Bhatt should “take a seat now” after the Kalank actress told the media at a recent event held in Mumbai that she’ll remain quite when the actress was asked to comment on Rangoli’s accusations.

''Mai bas chup rahungi (I will just be tight-lipped), that's my thing,'' said Alia Bhatt.

On Tuesday, Rangoli shared a link of an article carrying Alia Bhatt’s statements to the media at the event and wrote, “I really hope you go quiet darling... You and papa have milked enough backhand PR from this, please take a seat now."

Rangoli futher added, "People aren't stupid, they see who stands alone and where is gang of movie mafia, in this time and age honesty and transparency is most valued so keep your medieval age 'main chup rahoongi' sob story to yourself, no need to make this viral every day." She also Tweeted, "Snatching others work and opportunities every day, begging and pleading makers to cast, playing games and using connections to grab films doing back hand PR and on surface behaving like a sheep, as if people are idiots not to see through this."

On Monday, at an awards function, Alia Bhatt was asked to comment on Rangoli’s accusations. And just like before, Alia Bhatt gave a very classy and genuine response. The actress told the media "Agar mai aisi hoon (If I am like this), then my family is 10 times more mature and stronger than I am."

Just like her family, the young actress said that she prefers to not get involved in all the controversies surrounding her.

''Mujhe isme padna hi nahi hai (I don't want to indulge in this). I just want to be happy, positive, work hard, be a better version of myself every day,'' she added.

Referring to Kangana Ranaut and Rangoli Chandel, the Kalank actress slammed the sisters as she said, ''Log kya kahein kya na kahein (Whatever people say), I should not pay attention to it. Everybody has a right to say what they want to say.''

Earlier, Kangana mocked Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt for not participating in political conversations. The Manikarnika actress even called Ranbir irresponsible and advised him to think about his country as his home. However, when Alia Bhatt later on was asked to comment on Kangana’s accusations, the young actress supported the Queen actress and praised her for speaking candidly in public.

“I definitely don’t have that ability to speak as candidly as Kangana does and I really really respect her for that. And maybe in a way she is right that sometimes we do hold back.” She further added, “My dad always says that there are already so many opinions in the world, the world can do with one less opinion. So I have an opinion but I keep it to myself. But kudos to her because she genuinely speaks really well”, said Alia Bhatt.

Recently, Rangoli Chandel made a shocking allegation – that once veteran filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, Alia Bhatt’s dad had thrown a shoe at Kangana!

In a series of fresh tweets on the micro-blogging website, Rangoli accused Mahesh Bhatt of throwing ‘chappal’ at 19-year-old Kangana during the screening of Woh Lamhe in 2006.

When Alia Bhatt’s mother Soni Razdan was asked to comment on it, she said “I do not wish to be drawn into this madness.”

On the workfront, Alia Bhatt was recently seen in a Karan Johar’s multi-starrer film Kalank. The young actress is now prepping for her upcoming films Brahmastra, Takht and RRR.
