Although Janhvi Kapoor is a complete foodie who swears by South Indian food, she maintains a strict diet and workout regime. For her recent character in ‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Gir’ Janhvi Kapoor underwent a strict regime for the physical transformation required to play the role of an airforce pilot. She had to gain six to seven kilograms of muscle weight for which her workouts had to be kept intense.

On the work-front, Janhvi Kapoor will soon be seen in a web-series ‘The Ghost Stories’ by Zoya Akhtar. Janhvi Kapoor will also be seen in Karan Johar’s period drama film ‘Takht’ where she will get a chance to work with Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, and many others.
