Yoga is the best thing you can do to build concentration levels. Shashankasana (The hare pose) is one such routine that is simple to follow and practice. The breathing deepens thereby increasing oxygen levels; rich oxygenated blood is supplied to the head which nourishes the eyes and improves brain functions. Also any balancing posture, held with awareness for a minute or 2, helps to build concentration. Remember, it takes a while to improve so you have to practice regularly.
