Yoga has hundreds of asanas (postures) that will increase your energy. The breathing techniques (pranayama) involved in yoga are also beneficial to keep your energy levels up. Surya namaskar (Sun salutations) is one of the best and most complete physical routines to vitalize the body and mind. Start with practicing 4 -6 rounds initially and gradually increase to 24-36 rounds daily. You will start seeing a difference in 10-15 days itself. Also Nadi - shuddi Pranayama or Anuloma-viloma Pranayama (alternate nostril breathing) is very good to increase energy levels. Do this pranayma intially for 5 min everyday and gradually increase to 15-20 min.
