Hrithik Roshan Will Start Working On Krrish 4 Soon!

Hrithik Roshan revealed that he wanted to revive the franchise but had to hold the project due to his father's illness

Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan is a huge name in the industry. Son to veteran actor, Rakesh Roshan, the star made his debut in 2000 with Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai opposite Amisha Patel. The film became a huge success and Hrithik went on to sign more films such as Koi Mil Gaya, Krrish and many others that became box office hits. The actor latest film opposite Tiger Shroff and Vaani Kapoor also just hit screens and seems to be crunching big numbers at the box office in its opening weekend. And it looks like he won't be taking a break any time soon either.

Hrithik revealed that his franchise Krrish along with his father, Rakesh, has always been very dear to him. In 2017, the actor decided to revive the series, however, all efforts were put on hold as Rakesh was later diagnosed with an early stage squamous cell carcinoma of the throat. But it seems like the veteran filmmaker is finally getting better. On reviving the Krrish series, Hrithik said, "Right after War, I am going to sit with my father, get everyone together and restart work on Krrish 4. We had put it a little on the side because dad was recovering. Now that he is better, we will kick-start it once more."

Apart from Krrish, rumours are rife that Hrithik will be reprising superstar Amitabh Bachchan's role in the remake of Satte Pe Satta. He had earlier denied playing the part, but latest developments state that he has given a nod to the film. This is not the first time Hrithik will be following in Amitabh's shoes. The actor was earlier a part of Agneepath, which was also a remake of Amitabh's film of the same name. Reports also suggest that Anushka Sharma will be a part of the new Satte Pe Satta, to take on Hema Malini's role, whereas Aayush Sharma will be essaying Hrithik's character's younger brother.
