Rai yet unless they’re on their way to me, I don’t know.”
Other reports have claimed that Aanand -- who has helmed films like Tanu Weds Manu, Raanjhanaa, Tanu Weds Manu: Returns -- might be considering Hrithik for a role in his next Bollywood movie. Reacting to these reports, Hrithik said, “Well, I think Aanand L Rai is an amazing person and a very incredible filmmaker. If he has something for me, then I would definitely like to consider it.”
The actor’s recent release, Super 30, has been making waves at the box office. The film has passed the Rs 125 crores mark and been made tax free in the major states of India. The film is a biopic on a brilliant mathematician from Bihar, Anand Kumar, who teaches less privileged students, under his Super 30 programme, helping them clear entrance exams of a prestigious university in India. Responding to a question about the massive success of Super 30, Hrithik told the Times of India, “I can say that the success is sinking in now, bit by bit. Every day I read responses of people and it brings a smile on my face. I am happy that we have been able to entertain so many people with our work."
