Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff’s War Is Predicted To Overtake These Bollywood Hits And Set New Benchmark

War will release tomorrow and will allegedly outstrip Thugs Of Hindostan, Tiger Zinda Hai and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, the films with record advances. It is all set to take on a massive opening

Action heroes Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff’s upcoming hi-octane project War is being touted as one of the most anticipated releases this year. From shooting on steep ice slopes to shutting down Portugal for a few sequences to Tiger’s dream of working with his role model finally coming true, the Siddharth Anand project seems to be worth the wait. According to reports, the film that will release in cinemas tomorrow, is predicted to go past the previous best advance sales of Bollywood blockbusters featuring top stars. Thugs Of Hindostan, Tiger Zinda Hai and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo were the films with record advances.

War is speculated to lead the pack and will allegedly outstrip all of them and set a new benchmark. In fact, a section believes, the advances are on par with the Avengers: Endgame in the tradition Hindi circuit. It means an INR50 crore opening has been locked in from the traditional Hindi markets alone.
“In terms of advance booking, it is already among the top-performing Hindi films. By Tuesday, there is a strong chance of it surpassing Thugs of Hindostan to grab the numero uno spot,” film trade analyst Girish Johar told Zoom TV.

He added, “Going by the response to advance booking, it does have a chance to go past the opening-day collection of Thugs of Hindostan. However, we need to understand that advance booking sales are not necessarily only for the opening day. Viewers book tickets in advance for other days as well. So, the advance booking sales may not be directly proportional to Day 1 collections.” However, Joker might give War tough competition in the metro cities of Mumbai, New Delhi and others. War did not give this big of an impression when it was announced. However, it’s teaser changed it all! With Saaho and War trailers releasing at the same time, it seems like the latter’s cast and crew took it upon themselves to prove they can deliver a big budget film. War is all set to take on a massive opening and is is being predicted as one of Hrithik’s biggest career openings.
