Jacqueline Fernandez makes no bones about the fact that she owes a lot to Salman Khan. In fact, Jaccky (as she is lovingly known among her friends) recalls that she used to be an under-confident girl before she met Salman Khan.Jacqueline says that he doesn't know if Salman Khan can be regarded as her godfather but she acknowledges the fact that he has definitely been very, very lucky for her.
Jackky says that Salman genuinely supported her and believed in her and he had given her lot of confidence by signing her on for Kick and promoting her to the hilt alongside him.She says that she always believed that she was quite an unconventional choice for Kick but he helped her believe in herself and even told her that she was signed for Kick because she deserved it.
Jackky still believes that anybody could have replaced her in Kick. She says she owes Salman for a lot for things that he has done for her. She insists that it’s not only the casting decision but also the things that he has taught her as a friend that makes her value him so much.Jaqueline then goes onto reveal that she consults three people before she signs for a film. The people are Salman Khan, Sajid Nadiadwala and Sujoy Ghosh.
