Diddy calls the accusations made against him “ludicrous.” “Remarkably, [Derrick] claims in two separate complaints filed in two different courts that this alleged assault took place in two different counties on the same day,” Diddy’s lawyer claimed. Additionally, Diddy’s legal team contends that the complaint is “frivolous” because the statute of limitations for the alleged offence ended in 2000.
