The importance of fitness has increased off late, with more people trying to improve their lifestyles through workouts and planned diets. Once you’ve embarked on your fitness journey, the best people to follow closely for some workout inspiration are sportsmen. Considering they have to be in the best shape to perform on the field, cricketers and other sportsmen put in hours and hours into training and building their stamina.
One cricketer to look up to in terms of fitness, is the captain of the Indian cricket team, Virat Kohli. Popularly known to be a health freak, the Indian skipper is a role model to many aspiring sportsmen and fitness fanatics out there.

15 minutes on the bike at level 3 maintaining an rpm of 120 throughout then straight onto the treadmill for 10 strides of 20 seconds each and step on the sides for 10 seconds rest in between. 10 of these back to back at a speed of 19 km/hr and level 1 on incline. All of this using the altitude training mask which makes it twice as hard.
