For the first time, Bipasha Basu has admitted that she was bullied when she was a newbie model. Recalling her days of intense struggle she told Pune Mirror that senior models used to harass her when she would be changing in the backrooms. She also admitted that sometimes she would be physically prevented from entering when she got the cue during fashion events.
"Modelling is a competitive business and tough to break through. Once the senior models at a fashion show asked me and another newbie to get them coffee. My fellow model got up to serve them but I stayed put, telling them to get it themselves. I got ragged a lot because I was a no-nonsense girl. Fortunately, I had some protective friends like choreographers and those who worked backstage who would watch out for me. But senior models wouldn’t let me enter when I got my cue and harass me while I was changing," Bipasha said.
Kind of scary, isn't it?
