Hammour Tikka

* Serves Two *

Ingredients

320gms Royal
hammour fillet
1tsp ginger-garlic paste
10ml lemon juice
Salt to taste
200gms yoghurt
1tbsp yellow chilli powder
1tsp turmeric powder
tsp carom seed
1tbsp roasted gram flour

Method

Marinate the hammour cubes in ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and salt and mix all together. Keep aside for an hour.
Mix all the remainder ingredients together in a mixing bowl and whisk till uniformly mixed. Add the hammour to this mixture and keep aside for one hour.
Cook in a hot tandoor till evenly cooked outside and soft and juicy inside.
Serve with mint chutney.
