Fashion face-off: Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif Slay in a Camel-coloured Jumpsuit

Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif are the leading ladies of Bollywood who leave heads turning each time they stepped out. Here’s one look they both styled in their own way

A classic jumpsuit has become a wardrobe staple for every fashionable celebrity. A good jumpsuit can take you a long way and is a versatile piece that can be taken from day to night, dressed up or down, worn casually or dressed up. Jumpsuits can come in many variations, fabrics, styles and designs and depending on how it is styled, it can make or break your look. We notice that Bollywood celebrities too have a penchant for jumpsuits.

As we were going about our day, we came across both two leading ladies of Bollywood who were sporting a similar look in a jumpsuit. While they may have opted for different styles, their looks were quite similar and of course, it prompted us to decode their looks.

Deepika Padukone is one Bollywood celebrity who leaves heads turning each time she steps out. She recently saw the release of her first film of 2020, Chhapaak, for which she was immersed in film promotions. And of course, she managed to serve major style inspo every single time. One of her recent looks are proof that you can slay in one colour head to toe. For one of the recent promotions of the film, Deepika Padukone was clad in a camel coloured jumpsuit by high-street brand, Zara. The jumpsuit much rather resembled a boiler suit and Deepika Padukone looked effortless to say the least.

The short-sleeved jumpsuit featured a collar neck and a pocket. The actress opted for a statement necklace which was worn under the collar and a pair of animal print heels which contrasted perfectly well with the ensemble. The Padmaavat actress opted for loose waves, shimmery bronze makeup and dainty ring to round off her look. Simple and effortless!

Meanwhile, we came across another Bollywood starlet sporting a similar look but styled a little differently. Katrina Kaif is too one Bollywood starlet who leaves jaws dropping with her covetable looks. From her chic airport looks, to her glamourous red carpet looks, she is also one to make a statement each time she steps out.

For her look, Katrina Kaif was also clad in a caramel coloured jumpsuit which featured some accents to a military look. The jumpsuit was cinched at the waist with a buckle belt and gold buttons. The short sleeves were upturned with a strap on either side and she teamed the jumpsuit with a pair of suede black heels. Katrina Kaif wore her collar open and wore the look with no accessories.

The Zero actress kept her hair loose in natural waves and opted for an all-natural makeup look which was rounded off with a glossy lip. On the work front, Katrina Kaif will be seen romancing Akshay Kumar as his wife in Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi. The film is a part of Shetty’s cop universe and stars Neena Gupta, Sikander Kher, Gulshan Grover and Vivaan Bhatena. As per reports, Katrina and Akshay have also recreated the iconic rain song, Tip Tip Barsa Paani from Mohra for this film and their BTS photos from the shooting also went viral. The film, which is produced by Karan Johar, is slated to release on March 27, 2020.

Meanwhile, Deepika Padukone also recently wrapped up shooting for Kabir Khan directorial, ’83. She will be seen alongside her husband for the very first time since they tied the knot and will be essaying the role of Romi Bhatia, wife of legendary cricket player; Kapil Dev. The film is all set to narrate the story of how Kapil Dev led India to victory in the 1983 World Cup. ‘83 is slated for release on April 10, 2020. 

After analyzing both these looks, we have come to the conclusion that Deepika Padukone is a clear winner in this fashion face-off!
