Phoebe Waller-Bridge previously wrote Killing Eve season one and served as the executive producer of the show's second season. She also improved the script for the new James Bond film and is executive producing a comedy for HBO. Her show Fleabag became popular because of its dark humour and has been called the 'filthiest show on television.' One of the unique features of Fleabag is that during the episodes, Phoebe directly addresses the camera (“breaking the fourth wall”), passing remarks on other characters or giving a commentary on what’s going on in her life. The show was initially praised by the critics but had a small fan following, especially in the US, but it has gained popularity over time. However, show creator Phoebe has said that the show has concluded with the second installment and there will be no third season.
