Kaju Katli from Sukh Sagar
Makes: 75 pieces (approx)
? 1kg cashew nuts
? 500g sugar
? 10g desi ghee
? 250ml water
? Grind the cashew nuts into fine powder.
? Heat the sugar in water over medium to high heat till it becomes a thick syrup.
? Add the cashew nuts powder into the syrup and cook further until the mixture gets a crumbling texture.
? Remove and keep aside
? Apply ghee on a table or any other rolling surface.
? Roll the dough into a 10mm thick sheet.
? Cut into any shape you desire and serve.
