On Saturday, Bollywood on-screen actor Ranveer Singh celebrated his first birthday in the wake of getting married with superstar Deepika Padukone in November last year. Deepika made it special by sharing a sincere note alongside a childhood image of his on social media. The couple are currently in the UK filming for the upcoming film 83 together, according to a foreign media outlet. Sharing an image of a youthful Ranveer eating frozen yogurt, Deepika captioned her post on Instagram as, “Sensitive & emotional, caring & compassionate, generous & gentle, funny & intelligent, delightful & faithful...all this and so much more... To my husband, my friend, my lover, my confidante...but more often than not, my child, my infant, my toddler, my dot, my pineapple, my sunshine, my rainbow...May you forever and always be this way...I love you....”

A few fans, friends and followers responded to the image with heart emoticons and remarks. A fan expressed, "Bachpan me bhi vitality itni greetings thi baba me." Another wrote, “Itna my my my karke likha lekin happy bday toh likhaij nai (you wrote so much but didn’t write happy birthday). Numerous fans said that they were energetically sitting tight for his reaction to Deepika’s posts.

Ranveer had divulged his first look as Indian cricketer Kapil Dev in '83 earlier on Saturday. He had imparted it with the caption stating, “On my special day, here’s presenting THE HARYANA HURRICANE KAPIL DEV.” Deepika will be playing Kapil's better half Romi Dev in the film.

According to a media report, sources relayed that the film team will go to the Lord's cricket ground to shoot the 1983 World Cup’s last sequence after the ongoing World Cup wraps up. Discussing Deepika's job in the film, the source had uncovered, “It is well-known that Romi had walked out of the stadium midway, assuming that India would lose the match. She then tried re-entering the ground when India started taking wickets but was unable to do so as she had given her pass away. This anecdote will be shown on screen.”
