Yesterday Deepika Padukone visited the Lalbaugcha Raja which is one of the most popular Ganpati idols. Deepika Padukone the idol on the second last days of the festivities before it is immersed in the Arabian Sea. Lalbaugcha Raja was made in 1934 and is almost 85 years old now. With her, Anant Ambani the son of Mukesh and Nita Ambani could also be seen in a white kurta and shalwar.

Deepika Padukone will be seen playing one of the most difficult and challenging roles of her life in the film ‘Chhapaak’ where she will be seen as an acid victim. The first look of the film also showed her as one. Chhapaak will be released on January 10th, 2019. She has recently finished shooting for ‘83’ a biopic of Kapil Dev where her husband Ranveer Singh is playing the main lead. Deepika Padukone will play the role of Kapil Dev’s wife Romi Bhatia. ‘83’ will release in April 2020.
