Adding another feather to her hat, Mrs Singh is currently in London to finally unveil her wax statue at Madame Tussauds and the pictures have surfaced the internet.

The brilliant actress took to her official Instagram handle and went live to give her fans a close look into the event.

Deepika Padukone’s wax statue at Madame Tussauds is just as gorgeous as her.

Deepika was joined by not only her parents Prakash Padukone and Ujjala, but also by her doting husband Ranveer Singh and her in-laws Jagjit Singh Bhavnani and Anju. The wax statue is seen the cape lehenga that th actress donned for IIFA Awards in 2016.

A champagne- coloured Sabyasachi Mukherjee creation, here’s a closer look at the outfit Deepika donned at the IIFA Awards in 2016, which is now seen on the wax statue.

"It's an amazing feeling, to be honest. It's fun and exciting. And in a way, I think I feel a lot of gratitude as well when you give back to your fans..." said the actress during a Facebook live session. Following to which, Ranveer Singh stood close to the statue and said, “Can I take her home”. And DeePee was quick to respond, "Whenever you're here, shooting for 83 and you miss me too much, you can come here."

On the work front, Deepika Padukone is all set to begin shooting for Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak. The movie is based on the life of acid-attack survivor, Laxmi Aggarwal.
