Who would have thought that an all brown look would work wonders? Deepika Padukone, in a recent shoot for a leading glossy magazine, sported an all-brown look. The ensemble featured a pair of loose brown pants which worked for her tall physique. She teamed the pants with a blouse in a slightly darker shade of brown. The blouse featured a high neck which tied around with a bow. The Ram Leela actress rounded off the look with a pair of black Louboutin heels and for her hair and makeup look, Deepika Padukone opted for unkempt hair tied back and natural looking makeup. The actress most certainly looked like a solid 10 in this look for the photo shoot.

More recently, Sonam Kapoor took to her Instagram page and shared a series of pictures of herself in a quirky ensemble. In the pictures she can be seen clad in a pair of loose-fit brown pants which has been teamed with a black and red self-print jacket like top.The jacket is adorned with red flowers and ties neatly to the side. The look was teamed with a pair of pointed black heels which featured some strappy detailing.

Sonam Kapoor had her hair styled in a middle parting and kept straight on either side. The Khoobsurat actress opted for a bronzed look and subtle smokey eyes, rounded off with bronzed cheeks and a nude lip. While we think Sonam Kapoor could have opted for a smaller, more compact bag, she manages to bring the look together rather well and it works in her favour.

While brown isn’t a colour that everyone would opt for on a regular basis, if styled correctly, can work wonders for your wardrobe. If you’re daring enough, you could opt for a similar look to Deepika Padukone and dress head to toe in brown. For the not so daring, you can opt for one piece in brown and your own twist to it with another pop of colour a la Sonam Kapoor.
