Bollywood actor and star wifey Deepika Padukone seems to have caught on to her actor-husband Ranveer Singh’s crazy nature. As she was recently pestered by the paparazzi at the Mumbai airport, Deepika gave the fittest response. And if there’s anyone who can handle the shutterbugs, it’s this Bollywood queen. Just as she was headed towards her car, one media personnel got to close to her. Deeps couldn’t help but respond to him in the wittiest way! Right before sitting in the vehicle, she turned around and said, “Aaja baith ja (Come, sit)” offering him to come on the drive with her.

Deepika’s fans sang praises for her as soon as the video went viral on social media. As she handled the paps like a boss, Instagram users had divided opinions. "She said it in such a funny and polite way,” said one follower. "She said it sarcastically and smiled so beautifully in the end,” another commented alongside a love-struck emoji. "Finally someone accepts that she is funny... her humour is underrated."

She recently wrapped up shooting for Meghna Gulzar's ‘Chhapaak’, inspired by the journey of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. The actor was so moved by the script that she also decided to turn producer for the film, which she has called "the most precious film of my career". Deepika will soon start shooting for Kabir Singh's ‘83’, which marks her onscreen reunion with hubby Ranveer following Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus, ‘Padmaavat’. However, the upcoming venture will be their first film together since the couple tied the knot in November last year. Their real-life romance will be replicated on-screen in ‘83’. While the ‘Gully Boy’ star will be seen as legendary cricketer Kapil Dev, Deepika will play his wife Romi Bhatia.
