Deepika Padukone has been a busy bee attending her best friend’s wedding and if the pictures and vidoes are anything to go by, then it appears the starlet had a fabulous time with all the wedding festivities. With that being said, it reminds us that Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s wedding anniversary is right around the corner. It appears however, that after all the wedding celebrations and festivities, it has taken a toll on the starlet and she has fallen sick. From dancing to all the latest beats to cheering for her hubby as he rapped, Deepika Padukone most certainly had a blast in Bangalore.
The Chhapaak actress has now taken to Instagram and shared a selfie on her story in which she is visibly looking sick. In the photo, Deepika can be seen sans makeup and looking exhausted after the wedding festivities. It is evident that these are the signs of having too much fun at your bestie’s wedding. “When you have too much fun at your best friend’s wedding,” she captioned the post. The picture was accompanied with an emoji of a thermometer.
The starlet was clad in a casual white and blue floral kurta, and can be seen trying to rest and recuperate in order to recover as soon as possible. Many of her fans and followers took to social media to wish the star a speedy recovery.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Deepika Padukone recently wrapped up shooting for the Kabir Khan directorial, ’83. She will be seen alongside her husband for the very first time since they tied the knot and will be essaying the role of RomI Bhatia, wife of legendary cricket player; Kapil Dev. The film is all set to narrate the story of how Kapil Dev lead India to victory in the 1983 World Cup. Deepika Padukone is also gearing up for the release of Meghna Gulzaar’s Chhapaak in which she will essay the role of real life acid attack survivor; Laxmi Agarwal.
