Sunil Pal and his sudden disappearance

In an interview with Zee News, Sunil Pal said, “On December 2, I had a show to attend, and a booking was made under the guise of that event. However, when I arrived, it turned out to be a kidnapping. They blindfolded me and took me away. Initially, they treated me well, but later, they blind folded and took me along. During a one-and-a-half-hour journey, I was abducted and told, ‘We don’t want anything else from you, just give us money, and we’ll let you go.”
He added, “Initially, they demanded Rs 20 lakh, and I realized they were dangerous and wouldn’t let me go easily. Later, they reduced the demand to Rs 10 lakh. During the negotiations, they took contact numbers of my friends under the pretext of account transfers. Eventually, Rs 7.50 lakh was transferred, and they released me around 6:30 PM.”
Sunil Pal: I was blindfolded

The Kick actor further revealed, “They had blindfolded me, and only removed it when necessary. Their faces were covered, so I couldn’t recognize or identify them. Everything happened within 24 hours, and I was under so much stress that I couldn’t think clearly. In the evening, they left me on the highway near Meerut.”
Pal also recounted, “During the journey, they took me somewhere else after traveling for about 1.5 hours. I couldn’t see anything because I was blindfolded. The next day, they demanded money, saying they would release me if I paid. When they asked how the payment would be made, I told them it would happen through an account transfer. The process took the entire day, from morning to evening, and once the transfer was complete, they let me go in the evening.”
