Coconut Laddoo with Jaggery and Orange
Healthy sweet recipe for Holi
1 coconut grated
100ml freshly squeezed orange juice
6 almonds (chopped)
Melt the jaggery in a pan.
Once melted add the grated coconut and stir well for about 10 minutes.
Add the orange juice and stir further till the mixture becomes dense and thick.
Sprinkle the chopped almonds in the mixture and let it cool down for an hour.
Shape the mixture into small balls between your palms and serve fresh. They can be stored for two weeks at room temperature.
