1kg chicken, cut into pieces, with bone
250gm cooking oil
250gm tomato, chopped
8 green chillis, whole
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Black pepper to taste, crushed
Heat the oil and fry the chicken until it turns golden brown.
Add tomatoes and green chillis.
Season with red chilli powder, crushed black pepper and salt.
Stir gently to ensure the tomatoes do not stick to the base and sides.
The oil will separate itself from the mix in about 15 minutes. Now the curry is ready.
Serve hot with naan or roti.
