You probably remember her as a VJ on Channel V, hosting the show ‘India’s Hottest. Or maybe she made an impression in that sizzling item number ‘Rehem Kare’ in ‘Cash’. Now model Bruna Abdullah has her eyes set more firmly on Bollywood, and she makes her acting debut in ‘I Hate Luv Storys’, that stars Imran Khan and Sonam Kapoor
Bruna plays a fun-loving romantic who loves dancing and likes living life king size in the movie. It seems director Punit Malhotra was on the lookout for a spontaneous, sexy girl for the role and Bruna fit the bill, even though the half-Brazilian half-Arab isn’t fluent in Hindi.
Bruna, who also participated in ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi Level 2’ hosted by Akshay Kumar, is a known face on the ramp but will she able to crack through Bollywood and make a mark as an actress?
