Television star Kratika Sengar Dheer and Bollywood’s Thangabali Nikitin Dheer are currently on cloud nine. The couple is set to embrace parenthood and are absolutely elated with embarking on the new journey. Kratika and Nikitin Dheer shared the good news on social media. No sooner than they posted the good news, fans couldn’t contain their excitement and congratulated them in the comments section.
Talking to Etimes, Kratika expressed her happiness and said, “Nikitin is on a cloud and I don’t even know the number! He is very excited to become a father and I feel extremely blessed and grateful that I will become a mother soon,” said the would-be mother. “This is a new phase and our entire family was waiting for a new member in our family. It will be a new phase in our lives because this is our first child. We have been married for seven years and this was a big surprise for us. We jumped with joy and our families are extremely happy about this,” she added.
Kratika also spoke of how both the Sengar and Dheer families are very excited. “My brother is getting married next month and this will be a double celebration now. My parents and brother were in tears when they heard the news,” said Kratika.
“My brother’s wedding is happening in Mumbai and so my parents are also here. They don’t live in Mumbai but because of the wedding, they have been here. My parents are happy that they are here and can participate in my happiness. My in-laws are also very excited and are treating me like a queen. They are taking great care of me and I am overwhelmed with the love and affection they are showering on me,” she added.
The baby will be Kratika and Nikitin’s first child together and Kratika, reportedly is in her second trimester.
On the work front, Nikitin was recently seen in the superhit movie, Sooryavanshi. He essayed the role of a gangster Ahmed in the movie. Nikitin’s claim to fame was Thangabali, his character from the superhit movie Chennai Express, starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. He was loved for his tall and broad stature and audiences approved of his on-screen negative image.
