There was a time when Priyanka Chopra turned red with embarrassment after Shah Rukh Khan proposed to her on National Television. Well, we remember that cringe incident!

This incident takes us back to 2009 when SRK, along with other prominent personalities, attended an event. Priyanka Chopra joined them via a video call. The video has recently resurfaced on the web, leaving netizens cringing.
The clip begins with Shah Rukh Khan complimenting Priyanka Chopra, saying, “Very few people know that you are an amazing singer. I don’t have money to pay you, but I am going to ask you something, and I want the answer in a song.”

Shah Rukh then proceeds to sing his version of The Beatles’ ‘Let It Be,’ with lyrics like, “When I am lonely and in times of trouble, Mother Mary comes to me, speaking words of wisdom, ‘Marry Me … Marry Me?'” He playfully asks her to respond with her own words.
Taken aback by the song, Priyanka Chopra appears embarrassed as she responds, “I can’t answer this question in a song or words.” Shah Rukh then adds humor by asking her to make a playful expression with her lips and sends her a flying kiss.

Even before she can say anything, SRK says, “Maybe I should not embarrass her any further. Thank you, Priyanka!” The global icon playfully comments, “Isn’t that vulgar enough for national television?” You can watch the clip below.
In response to the video, a Redditor commented, “If there’s a Wall of Shame in this sub, this video should be No.1 for 100 years,” while another said, “This cannot be explained by SRK himself ever. Cringiest!!! It’s a miracle no one died of cringe there.” A third netizen wrote, “Where are the SRK name enthusiasts, man? I miss their delululu comments.”
