Bigg Boss 13: Paras Chhabra and Mahria Sharma record a song from their homes
The pair hope the romantic song will 'pull on the heartstrings'
Bigg Boss 13 contestants Paras Chhabra and Mahria Sharma recently recorded a song while quarantining at their respective homes. The pair, who met during their time as ‘inmates’ on the reality TV series have an undeniable chemistry that caused the breakup of Paras’ relationship with TV actress, Akanksha Puri.
Sharing their romantic feelings with fans the pair have recorded a new song titled “Hashtag Love.” Speaking to the ETimes, Mahria said, “The song is by Meet Brothers and is called Hashtag Love. Paras and I shot for the song from our respective homes while we were in the lock-down in Mumbai. It's a romantic track, and sung by Piyush Mehroliyaa."
Describing the song, Mahria said, “It is an urban song for the new age people. The environment in the lock-down was so sad and scary that we both agreed to do this song as a way of uplifting people's morale. We couldn't go out or do anything else, so thought let's do this, at least it will bring some entertainment into people's lives." She went on to say, "Elaborating further on the song, Mahira says, “It’s a lock-down song where Paras is acting as a chef in it and I am a dancer. He is shown cooking in its video while I keep dancing. So, it’s a sweet, peppy kind of number that touches heart strings, I hope.”
During the lock-down period the pair “met a couple of times during the lock-down,” Paras told ET Times. While initially the relationship rumours were skirted around, Paras admitted his intentions, “I don’t want to go down the regular route of proposing to her. I want everything to happen organically.”
This comes after the Paras had a tattoo of his ex-girlfriends name covered up with the Bigg Boss 13 logo – if that’s not proof of a relationship with Mahria, we don’t know what is…
