Arjun Kapoor To Reportedly Star In a Creature Film, Will Be Seen With Crocodiles

Arjun Kapoor is currently gearing up for the release of Panipat, after which he will be working with Ronnie Screwvala's creature film

Arjun Kapoor is one of the most talked about celebrities in Bollywood. Son of film producer Boney Kapoor, he started his acting career in 2012 along with Parineeti Chopra in Ishqzaade. Throughout the course of his career, he starred with Gunday, 2 States and Ki & Ka amongst many other films. While his films get a fair share of attention, it's his personal life that seems to be talked about the most. Whether it's his relationships with step-sisters Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor or his girlfriend Malaika Aurora, Arjun always seem to make the headlines. However, this time around, it's about a new film that he'll be appearing in.

According to Mumbai Mirror, Arjun will be starring in Ronnie Screwvala's next project which is currently untitled. The upcoming film will be directed by Neha Rakesh -  a debutante, who has also written the script of the film. However, this project will be very different from the kind Arjun has done in the past. The actor has done quite a few comedy, action and romance films, but the upcoming venture will be a creature film. Fans will be able to see the star with crocodiles on screen, which will be shot entirely in Thailand -  a source close to the production team revealed.

The insider added, "Arjun is in talks with the makers. He has found the concept interesting. Besides him, there are two more important characters in the story. The film is expected to go on floors in early 2020. A lot of training will be involved before the actors start shooting for the VFX-heavy film." As of now, no confirmations by the actor have been made. He is currently gearing up for the release of his next film, a historical drama called Panipat, which is all set to hit screens on December 6.
