As you all know the popular romcom film Welcome's sequel was shot all around Dubai and is all set to premiere here real soon! However, not many know that Abu Dhabi's Emirates Palace will be home to Naseerudin Shah in the film! Only two international movies have ever been granted the permission to shoot in the grand luxury halls of the palace and our very own Firoz A Nadiawala's sequel is one of them.

So why is the Palace being made in Mumbai, you might wonder? Well after shooting the celebratory song, Tuti Bole Wedding Di at the original location with all the stars, Anees wanted more! Confirming the news Anees tells Mumbai Mirror, "Yes, we had shot for a day in the original palace but then realised we needed more people in the frame for this celebratory track. So, we recreated the interior of the palace in Mumbai and crowded it with junior artistes. We wrapped up the song in four-five days last week and even Naseer saab admitted that it was a fun shoot."

We can't wait to see how this turns out!
