Amitabh Bachchan has been in the Hindi Cinema for more than five decades and still going strong.
Amitabh Bachchan recently took Twitter to wish Divyansh all the luck for his upcoming film Hickey. In the tweet, Amitabh Bachchan wrote, ‘Wishing Divyansh all success and luck for his film .. ‘Hickey’, made by Divyansh Pandit. It is presented by Mr. Pradeep Sarkar. This short film has been nominated at several film festivals and won awards too.’ He ended his tweet with clapping emojis. Amitabh Bachchan shared this tweet with a link to the short film. This film, according to the official description, ‘talks about the journey of how one can fall in love with things in life that once used to be elements of embarrassment. ‘

Hickey has been presented by Pradeep Sarkar who is formerly known for his films like Mardaani and Parineeta. It has been written and directed by Divyansh Pandit.
Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in an event at the Gateway of India in Mumbai arranged for the martyrs of 2611. Amitabh Bachchan performed live on stage to his own background vocals along with the performers from Shiamak Davar Dance Group on stage. He was dressed in a black kurta with beige embroidery and a traditional shawl. In attendance were also Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan.
Although the 77-year-old actor has not been enjoying his best health for the past couple of months, his work has not slowed down. In his personal blog, he revealed that the doctors wanted him to slow down and take some rest from his busy work schedule. This is why he remained a little out of the scene for some time.

Born to the famous poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan and activist Teji Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan adopted the pen name of his father which eventually became one of the most famous surnames in India. Bachchan means childlike. He is married to the famous actress Jaya Bhaduri and has two children namely Shweta and Abhishek Bachchan.
