Big B recently took to social media and shared his words of wisdom. Speaking from experience, he revealed that anything and everything can become controversial on the internet, no matter what the intention may be. "Social Media is being recognised as the new power and in some intellectual quarters, the fifth estate. Media being the fourth, after the known three,” he wrote on Twitter on Wednesday night.
“But … A word of caution on what you express, because even 'lighthearted' is controversial now," the avid social media user continued. The actor, who often refers to his fans as his ‘extended family’ is a source of inspiration to millions around the globe. It was probably for this reason that his Twitter account was hacked two months ago. His profile picture was replaced with that of Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan and his Twitter biography which usually reads, “Actor... well at least some still saying so!” was suffixed by “Love Pakistan”. Additionally, three posts were sent out and the verified profile’s cover image was also changed. On the acting front, Amitabh is currently busy with his next titled Gulabo Sitabo, directed by Shoojit Sircar. The film is slated to release in the end of this year.
