Alia Bhatt Makes Her Favourite Healthy Zucchini Curry And Here Is How You Can Make It Too
Alia Bhatt shared her go-to South Indian Zucchini Curry in a new episode on her youtube channel series “In My Kitchen”.

The Kalang star has recently launched her Youtube channel where she shares glimpses of her lifestyle, fitness tips and her favourite zero-calorie recipes with her 1.3 million subscribers. The Bollywood actor decided to learn and hone her cooking skills and started with learning to cook her favourite dishes in her own kitchen. In a video she posted on her YouTube channel, she tried her hand at cooking for the very first time, with the help of her head chef Dilip Pandit and housekeeper Carol; and she also shared some of her diet secrets! She had earlier shared the first episode of her series 'In My Kitchen' in which she made beetroot salad and chia pudding.
She, along with her head chef Dilip Pandit and housekeeper Carol shares one of her favourite South Indian Zucchini curry in the new video. The video started with the bubbly star seemingly nervous about trying her hands on actual cooking sabzi for the first time. While Dilip was there to help out Alia in her cooking endeavors, the Gully Boy star She was assisted by Dilip, her chef, who according to his bio in the video: exaggerates about how many times Alia's diet changes, gets very excited when there's a party and makes a world-famous mutton dish. The duo was also accompanied by Alia Bhatt's housekeeper Carol. Dilip, the chef, instructed Alia through the video, and with his assistance, Alia Bhatt cooked the recipe in no time.
South Indian Zucchini Curry
1. Zucchini: 1 Diced
2. Oil: ½ tsp
3. Coriander powder: ½ tsp
4. Mustard Seeds: ¼ tsp
5. Curry leaves: few
6. Green chilies: 1
7. Asafoetida: 2 tsp
8. Dried Coconut:
9. Cumin powder: ¼ tsp
10. Fennel powder: ¼ tsp
11. Dried mango powder: ¼ tsp
· Heat oil in a pan
· Splutter black mustard seeds
· Then add Asafoetida, curry leaves, green chilies and chopped zucchini
· Add salt and toss everything together
· Cover and cook till tender
· Then add coriander, cumin, fennel, and dried mango powder and cook
· Garnish with coriander leaves
