Alia Bhatt, Ananya Panday Rock Neon in Two Different Ways
Neon was having a major moment this year and will continue to do so. Alia Bhatt and Ananya Panday show us how neon can be rocked casually and formally with these looks
If you’ve been anywhere near the fashion scene this year, then you’ll know that neon was having a huge moment. And we’re happy to say that neon is going to continue to rule the fashion scene in 2020. Celebrities including the likes of Deepika Padukone, Priyanaka Chopra and Alia Bhatt have rocked neon this season and if styled correctly, neon can make a major statement. Style neon with a pair of jeans and kicks to keep things casual and if you’re feeling bold enough, opt for a head to toe neon look. With that being said, we show you how to take neon from day to night a la Alia Bhatt and Ananya Panday.
Both Ananya Panday and Alia Bhatt were spotted neon this week and we love how the two of them add their own style and statement to each look. Alia Bhatt was spotted at the airport as she headed back to Mumbai and was most certainly serving some chic winter style goals in her look. At the airport, Alia Bhatt was spotted wearing a pair of casual khaki cargo pants which she teamed with a neon sweatshirt. The words “Take me back to the summer” were adorned on the sweatshirt and she rounded off the look with a pair of brown boots.
Alia Bhatt carried a baby pink tote bag for all her travel essentials and with her hair left loose and sans makeup, she most certainly won this airport look. This is one way to work neon in the day time and is a more casual way to carry the trend.
On the other hand, Ananya Panday too sported a neon look this week and this look is proof that neon can also be worn for a formal look. Ananya sported a neon co-ord set which featured high-waisted pants which cinched at the waist with a matching belt. The look was teamed with a cropped jacket with a deep neck. The look was teamed with neon pink heels and Ananya accessorized with a pair of hoop earrings and lime green hair accessories.
Both these looks are proof that neon can be styled both casually and formally and can be dressed up and down. Neon pieces can be incorporated in a clever way to make a bold statement this festive season.
