Sweet Popcorn Cappuccino (Chiaro capsule)

Turn your coffee moment into a celebrity as you turn the wow factor up to ten with this little delight. Maple syrup, condensed milk and a popcorn finale all help to transform this cappuccino into a showstopper.

Ingredients:

• Condensed sweetened milk 5ml

• Around 70ml of milk 1.5%

• BARISTA CREATIONS Chiaro capsule

• Popcorn

• Maple Syrup

Material:

• View Cappuccino cup + Nespresso Barista Device or any other milk frother machine

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

STEP 1

First, pour 100 ml of 1.5% fat milk directly into the Nespresso Barista device. Close the lid, select the “Cappuccino” recipe on the device and press the start button.

STEP 2

Put 1 teaspoon of Condensed Milk in a bottom of a Cappuccino cup.

STEP 3

Pour the foam of hot Milk into the Cappuccino cup and extract 40 ml of espresso Chiaro on the top. Display some popcorns directly on the foam. Pour gently the maple syrup over it.

Salted Caramel Mocha (Scuro capsule)

An intense yet creamy latte but with a delicious salted caramel chocolate hit lurking deep within. Top it off with your artistic flair with some foam art and voila! You’ve created your own hot drink heaven.

Ingredients:

• + 2 Nespresso dark salted caramel chocolate Nespresso

• 1.5% fat milk (frothed 100ml)

• Barista Creations Scuro Capsule 40ml

Material:

• View Cappuccino cup + Nespresso Barista Device or any other milk frother machine

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

STEP 1

First, pour 100 ml of 1.5% fat milk directly into the Nespresso Barista device. Close the lid, select the “Latte art” recipe on the device and press the start button.

STEP 2

Put 2 Dark Salted Caramel Chocolate Nespresso in a bottom of a cappuccino view cup. 

STEP 3

Extract 40ml of espresso Scuro over it. Stir and pour the hot milk into the cup and design a figure with a stick on the top of the foam.

Cinnabombon (Corto capsule)

Lovers of fancy sweet sensations listen up because this cappuccino is for you. With a base of condensed milk, it is finished with a cinnamon flourish – the memory of which will dance in your mouth long after you’ve finished this vibrant cup.

Ingredients:

• Condensed sweetened milk 15ml

• Around 70ml of milk 1.5%

• BARISTA CREATIONS Corto capsule 40ml

• Cinnamon

Material:

• View Cappuccino cup + Nespresso Barista Device or any other milk frother machine

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

STEP 1

First, pour 115 ml of 1.5% fat milk directly into the Nespresso Barista device. Close the lid, select the “Cappuccino” recipe on the device and press the start button.     

STEP 2

Put 1 teaspoon of condensed milk in a bottom of a cappuccino cup.

STEP 3

Pour the foam of hot milk into the cappuccino cup and extract 40ml of espresso Corto on the top. Put Cinnamon Powder over it.

100ml of milk in a Barista is a minimum of content. You can use it for two recipes.
