His role in 'Kai Po Che' won him a lot of fans. And Sushant Singh Rajput is certainly going places after that. He will once again work with his mentor Abhishek Kapoor, who directed 'Kai Po Che' in a film to be produced by Ekta Kapoor.
Sushant's second venture will be based on Charles Dicken's classic novel 'Great Expectations' which is being adapted into Hindi. The film will be shot almost entirely in Kashmir. "The film is set in Kashmir and Delhi. So, naturally the script lends itself to be shot in the Valley," Abhishek Kapoor said recently in an interview.
Sushant plays the protagonist in the film which will go on floors by October. A source close to the team said, "So far only the actor has been finalised. The makers are now looking out for the leading lady for their film."
