Exactly 25 years back, Satish Kaushik made his directorial debut with a film called Roop Ki Rani, Chooron Ka Raja. The film was such a huge flop that it wiped out all of Boney Kapoor’s savings immersing him in debt.

The film also resulted in a temporary break in Sridevi's career as a heroine.

Now, many years later as celebrities were fondly remembering the film, Satish Kaushik has apologised for the flop to Boney Kapoor. He also confirmed that Boney was totally broke after making the film.

This is what he said on Twitter.

Anil Kapoor echoed Satish Kaushik's sentiments too.

So, did Anupam Kher who couldn't forget his lovely memories associated with his film.]

Speaking about the film Satish Kaushik added, “It is not about good or bad after 25 years. It is about owning your failures with your head high in the air. You must be a very successful person, but try owning your failures and I assure you, you will be more successful.”
