Salman Khan sure knows the value of his 'Dabangg' franchise. And he's going all out to make sure that the sequel is just as much fun as the original was. Lots of different ideas are being discussed by Salman, brother Arbaaz (who produced the film with wife Malaika), director Abhinav Singh Kashyap and the entire team. Buzz is that a rocking song, similar to Big B's classic 'Pag Ghungroo' number from 'Namak Haram', is being planned.
'Dabangg 2' begins shooting in December 2011, and Arbaaz has made it clear that anyone who is not free then can just say goodbye to being a part of the movie. 'Dabangg' does not exist without Salman, Arbaaz believes, and since December is the only time Sallu is free, everyone else better be around then.
So what's going to be different about 'Dabangg 2'? Well, Chulbul Pandey won't be ruling in a rural setting anymore, the action moves to the city in this one. And it's going to be all about how the rustic cop handles the city slickers he encounters in his own special style.
Looking forward to Chulbul in the City? We certainly are! Watch this space for updates!
