We all know that Anil Kapoor has one of the fittest bodies in the industry and he is perhaps one of the younger looking veteran heroes in Bollywood. Everybody wonders about the secret of his youthful looks. And, finally it looks like we’ve figured it out!
Anil Kapoor is very strict with his fitness routine regularly and makes sure that he is eating the right food. But that is not all, there is a secret ingredient in his fitness plan that none of us know about. According to this new regime, he does 30 minutes of running before dinner and then walks for another 30 minutes after he is done with his meal. "My workouts change from day to day. My day begins at 6 a.m. with 10 minutes of cardio to warm up. Then three days a week, I work out in the gym and the other days I work out outdoors. Every day, I work on different parts of my body," he says when asked about his workout regime.
Anil Kapoor believes in following a disciplined lifestyle, which is free from smoking and alcohol. He also believes in staying positive and not taking stress about different things. The actor avoids sugar and junk food, and eats a lot of dairy products.
