Super heroes are hot in Bollywood right now but then again, so are super women! Watch out for the new trend--'Super Heroine'. So sho is the bold and beautiful actress who's doing this never-done-before role, you may ask? None other than Manali's very own Kangna Ranaut. She will be starring as India's first super heroine in the sequel 'Krrish 3'.
Even though she had refused to accept this role initially due to scheduling problems, it looks like the movie was destined to have Kangna in it. She had given all her dates to the movie 'Dedh Ishqya' but fortunately for 'Krrish 3', the shooting for 'Dedh' has been postponed to early next year.
Coincidentally 'Krrish 3' was pushed to an earlier date, therefore making it extremely easy for Kangna to step into her super-heroine boots. But don't be deceived, it's not going to be all easy for Kangs-her super-heroine training is going to be intense and how! She will have to endure a vigorous martial arts training program throughout to look credible.
Others may moan when faced with such a tough training program but Kangna is excited and determined to do justice to her role. It sure looks like she is eagerly trying to brush past the alleged reports about her unprofessionalism! As we all know, recently Kangna was accused of spreading notorious comments about her once-close-friends and 'Rascals' co-stars, Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt. This led to her being banned from promoting 'Rascals'.
When Kangna was interviewed, she claimed that if she truly wanted publicity she would rather use Tom Cruise's name to accelerate her career rather than Ajay or Sanju's. If Kangs is willing to use Tom Cruise's name to further her career, she may as well start with Hrithik who is quite the Tom Cruise of India!
The hottest super hero of T'town, Hrithik has teamed up with his father Rakesh Roshan once again to make the sequel 'Krrish 3'. After the massive success of 'Koi Mil Gaya' and 'Krrish', we have high expectations from the duo to deliver another blockbuster in 2013. Rakesh Roshan has not only told his leading lady to train for the movie but is also getting the villain, Vivek Oberoi, committed to a six-pack-worthy work out.
To ensure maximum success 'Krrish 3' will be produced in 2D and 3D. Will Vivek be able to fill Naseerudin Shah's shoes as a villain? Will Kangna be a professional and contribute to the success as the former actresses Preity and Priyanka did? Let's hope this will be a blockbuster all the way! Kangs' career could use the boost.
