Hrithik Roshan's Bollywood star keeps rising - after the super successful 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara', the star has now managed a coup for Karan Johar's 'Agneepath' much before it actually hits theatres. The buzz is that the movie, releasing in early 2012, has fetched an incredible satellite price of Rs 41 crores!
'Agneepath', which also stars Priyanka Chopra, Sanjay Dutt and Rishi Kapoor, has already created a huge buzz in the industry with its promos. Apparently, this was one of the reasons that the channel which bought the rights agreed to the record-breaking amount. It is believed to be the highest ever for a Hindi movie.
While the channel has not confirmed the amount, a representative for them has said that Hrithik's movies always did very well on the satellite circuit, and this was why they went for 'Agneepath' without any hesitation.
