It's the latest offering from the Landmark Group, and offers a health and wellness menu based on Ayurvedic principles and contemporary cooking styles, using organic ingredients wherever possible. It's part of the Balance 'Wellbeing 360' concept, focused on restoring internal rhythm and drawn from ancient wisdom as well as modern science
The Caf is divided into sections including the Library, the Starters sections, Bakery and Pastry section that also offers a variety of gluten free products, and the Drinks and Juice Counter. The library offers a huge selection of books on food, Life Sciences, Ayurveda and healthy cooking.
On the menu at Balance are healthy and light preparations created from local, European, Indian and Japanese ingredients under the expert supervision of Chef Sumit Kumar who brings with him extensive experience in leading a team at the renowned 'Ananda in the Himalayas', one of the most prestigious wellbeing destination resorts in the world. Think options like Gluten Free Squash Cannelloni, High Protein Low Fat Vegetarian Lasagna, Gluten Free Pan Seared Organic Chicken Supreme, the Dairy Free Calcium Boost fresh juice and lots more.
Plus, it's very affordable with breakfasts fitting within Dhs15 per person, while lunch within Dhs25.
