Dubai's first Pakistani art gallery opens

Unicorn Space is the new Dubai branch of Unicorn Gallery, founded in Karachi by art collector Seemah Niaz.

Over the years Unicorn Gallery has developed a reputation for dealing in the works of Master artists as well as promoting contemporary artists.

The gallery has also taken the art works of many Pakistani artists abroad and provided art works to auction houses such as Sotheby's, Bonhams and Osians.

Unicorn Space promises showcasing the best art from around the globe. The gallery aims to encourage a diverse range of art from across the world and use art as a means to encourage debate, intellectual curiosity and spread the message of peace and beauty, while exciting the imagination.

Currently Unicorn Space is exhibiting the art works of five graduates from National College of Arts, Lahore: Aakif Suri, Akbar Ali, Kiran Saeed, Maryam Khursheed and Sobia Ahmed.
