To create these glamorous looks, global Makeup artist Charlotte Willer used a combination of her favorite Maybelline New York products including Volume Xpress One By One Mascara which was a favorite this year, as well as the Eye studio-Colour Bomb, Dream Matte Mousse and Color Sensational.
