Recently, Rana Daggubati tweeted a pic of him where he has really beefed up for his role of Bhallala Deva in Baahubali 2.
According to a report in BollywoodLife.com, the actor has been training hard for the past five months. He has been working out for two and half hours everyday, shuttling between weight training and cardio.
The actor was quoted saying, “The older Bhallala is stronger and more beefy so I weighed around 108 110 kg for those portions of both the films while his younger version is strong too but leaner so I lost a few kilos for that. My weight has dropped to 92-93 kgs.”
The actor also learnt martial arts much before the first part began and he continued with it in the second part. His diet for this regime has been high on carbs and protein but without any oil. Also reportedly, his diet has been monitored and he was instructed to eat every two and a half hours!
