Date of Birth: 15th January 1982

Neil Nitin Mukesh is the son of singer Nitin Mukesh and grandson of legendary singer Mukesh. Lata Mangeshkar named him Neil after astronaut Neil Armstrong.

He appeared as a child artiste in the films “Vijay” (1988) and “Jaisi Karni Waisi Bharni” (1989).

He made his Bollywood debut in 2007 with “Johnny Gaddaar”, which won him the IFFA Fresh Face of the Year award and the Apsara award for best performance in a negative role.

His other projects include Sudhir Mishra’s “Tera Kya Hoga Johnny”, Yash Raj production, “New York”, “Aa Dekhen Zara” opposite Bipasha Basu and Madhur Bhandarkar’s “Jail”.

Neil is also a talented singer, pianist and composer and has sung a song for “Aa Dekhen Zara”.
