Himesh Reshammiya

Date of Birth: 23rd July 1973

Himesh Reshammiya began his career composing scores for TV serials. His first big hit as a music composer was for the Salman Khan film Pyar Kiya To Darna Kya. After befriending Salman, Himesh began composing for the actor's films including Tere Naam.

As a composer and singer, Himesh has a massive fan-following although he is widely criticised for his repetitive sound and nasal twang.

Himesh launched himself as an actor in the film Aap Ka Suroor which went on to become a super-hit forcing conventional Bollywood to sit up and acknowledge him. But his next films as a leading man Karzzzz and Radio flopped. He'll be seen next in Pooja Bhatt's Kajrare.
