Shatrughan Sinha was one of Bollywood's first stylised villains. After reinventing himself as a hero, he did well in multi-starrers with Amitabh Bachchan, such as Naseeb. Also referred to as the Bihari Babu and Shotgun, he is known for his trademark dialogue delivery.

Shatrughan is a prominent member of the Bhartiya Janata Party and is still respected for his wit and outspokenness.

He is married to Poonam Sinha and has 3 children.
